Our Office Policies:

Appointments:

To schedule an appointment please contact our office. We are open for appointments Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Same day appointments are given based on need and availability.

If you would like to be reminded of your appointment time via email or text we can do that! Let us know. You can sign up on the demandforce link here

Cancellations:

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If for some reason you are unable to keep a reserved appointment we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees can apply to missed appointments, but we prefer to see your smiling face, and keep you in optimal dental health.

Financial Policy:

We are happy to assist you in the billing of your insurance carrier, and we are a Delta Dental provider. However, you are responsible for payment not covered by your insurance company. We accept your personal check, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

We offer some limited payment plans, which can be discussed with Jann at your appointment. We will provide you with a detailed estimate of your treatment needs and associated costs. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding your treatment or the costs involved.

We are proud to offer a 5% discount to Seniors.

Dental Health Insurance Plans

To expedite processing of your insurance claims, please bring your dental insurance card & if possible a dental insurance form with you when you come to your appointment. This will allow us to have all essential information in order to process your claim. Most insurance companies won’t cover all of your dental expenses. Some pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, others pay a percentage of the charge.

Any questions regarding insurance should be discussed with Jann or Rachael. We will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. Please remember, however, that the relationship is between you, the insured patient, and the insurance company.
